(740 posts)I got real angry at them just spouting their BS and I don't judge my words so clearly when I'm angry.
Their rhetoric does not matter, as their rhetoric is just that - rhetoric.
All hat, no cattle.
It shouldn't

...so sensitive for such hateful people sometimes.

(1,359 posts)No, seriously, I've started doing it on anything I post that I consider might be taken too sensitively. I'd call it a prebuttal for any potential jury decision you get placed in front of. An Alerter can't edit your comment, or decide what gets sent to the jury. The whole thing goes. So take a second, make your case, and then post away. I suspect it might make an Alerter think twice about submitting it, knowing it has a defense built right in.
For example:

Just a suggestion.
Good idea!
I added this: "For any jury, this is a rebuttal to people thinking they speak for me and people like me."

(15,475 posts)than I would have these days.
I am SO sick and tired of some SBS supporters who think that Hillary supporters have never actually walked the walk. I have. So has Hillary. Period.

(15,696 posts)I got into it with an obvious youngun' who says that 126,000 New York Dems have been dropped from the voter rolls there. I said if they were members of the party, they would've received tons of party mailers on issues and candidates--all with info on deadlines and voting. The reply was that "very few received any mailings."
What a crock of crap!

(8,154 posts)Yes, as though the NY Dems would know which ones of them were Sanders' supporters.

(740 posts)I had that feeling in my stomach like I do when I've said horrible things in anger, but I guess I didn't.
Normally I read my posts backwards and forwards to see if they could be misinterpreted or offensive before I submit, but I was angry so I didn't this time and then... I'm rambling.
Thanks again.

(10,237 posts)...if a jury decides in their "wisdom" that this violates the recent "BernieUnderground" litmus test of blind and unquestioning loyalty to the non Democrat seeking the Democratic nomination, it may.
Hell hath no fury like a Sanders supporter disagreed with on DU!
PEACE!
hate hate hate when people 'speak' for others in that ridiculous way. I hate when they do it to rednecks, I hate when they do it to cons... I just hate when people reduce groups of people to some stupid, imaginary trait.
Edit: Wow, I hate a lot, huh?

(10,237 posts)Given their conduct since mid March, I don't think so!

(4,542 posts)Your's is a walk up from behind and smack them with a sap post, not a punch in the face. I try to do the sap whack when posting in unfriendly territory. It's when I can't help it and smack them upside the head when I get alerted.
Did you want me to alert yours?
JSup
(740 posts)...don't.
I try so hard to not be an asshat. I don't always succeed, but I try.
Edit: So being a rogue is alright, but cross-classing to warrior is bad? Got it.
