That is why "the American Institute of Philanthropy, says that 89 percent of the foundation's money goes toward its charitable mission and gave the foundation an A rating for 2013."

It is a rare charity that can claim 89% of its money goes to it's mission. Most spend a much smaller portion of their money on their mission.

want to see a minimum of 75% of funds raised to support their programs/mission.

The fact that the Clinton Foundation funds mission in the 80th percentile is impressive.

Groups Sanders wants to tax to give "free" services to those in need. The Clinton Foundation gives help without the politics.
