Have you noticed the Democratic past presidents have worked for charity programs and made their own programs to help those in need. What has Republican past presidents done, went their way, dont care about needs.

(81,467 posts)Jimmy Carter had a very contentious battle with Ted Kennedy in the 1980 primary season. Carter was seeking reelection. Ted led an insurgency. Jimmy Carter prevailed but the Dems were left battered and bruised and lots of 'em stayed home licking their wounds and pouting on Election Day. Anybody remember who wound up winning, that November? ronald reagan.
