and does anybody seriously believe that, if Hillary or the bigwigs at the DNC seriously believed that she did something illegal and is likely to be indicted, Hillary wouldn't have stepped aside by now to avoid ruining the party's chances of winning in November?

I've always thought this whole thing would be dropped if Hillary was not running for president. That said, if she really did something wrong, she would have just said no to running and begun doing other public service work to reduce the risk to her. At least that's what I'd do if I was guilty of something... keep a low profile.

This sort of thing would be a perfect reason for Superdelegates- if they seriously felt that HRC is threatening the party's chances in November- then this would give them the perfect excuse to switch to deny her the nomination and make Bernie the nominee. As of yet, no signs of this occurring- or likely to occur.

They are so wrapped up in it, they suffer from "confirmation bias" - anything from any source that bashes Hillary confirms their commitment to their position of hate.

"Thus it has always been." What is so unique about Hillary that she draws such wrath?
