Although I've said before I'd really leave it in Hillary's hands, but since you asked...

In no particular order:
1. Bill Clinton (This would drive the GOP crazier than they already are)
2. Obama (This would drive the GOP even crazier than that - perhaps certifiable)
3. Castro
4. Elizabeth Warren

Seems he (and Obama) can serve for two more years as president (and during that period seek a successor if necessary). Of course they can't be elected to that post.

Bill will have to be content with being First Gentleman.

Clinton will either go with a Latino or with someone to appeal to the Sanders Liberals. If possible, she will choose someone that does both.

Then renewed for 4 years unless something required a succession, in which case he could serve up to two years as president. But of course all this is just speculation. I'm pretty sure Bill would not want the job and as you point out would love being First Gentleman.

To replace Senators who move up to nationwide office (or for whatever reason don't finish their terms). So unless the Dem candidate in that special election runs a horrible race (like Martha Coakley) the seat will be back in Dem hands in short order.

Which is quite unlikely. Plus Warren's from Massachusetts and Hillary's currently from NY. And you usually don't want two running mates from the same part of the country (the northeast in this case). But I still really want Warren to be the VP.

Gavin Newsome would be intriguing. Claire McCaskill is another person I could live with. Tim Kaine would be cool. I'm not sure about Ed Rendell. He is from Penn, which helps. Would Ted Strickland make sense?

I really get the sinking feeling that it's gonna be Debbie Wasserman-Shultz (barf). Why else would she put her thumb so heavily and blatantly on the scales for Hillary? Shouldn't the head of the party a least try a little to seem neutral? I really suspect they have a deal in place. Terry McCauliff's another one that would make me wretch.

On Edit: I didn't realize Ted Strickland was running for the Senate this year. So he's out.
