NBC calls it for HRC: Clinton leads by less than 1 point, or 1,781 votes, with 99% reporting.

Still think HRC will win, but for some reason all 57 counties of Pike County (a Bernie strong hold) have now unreported.

Almost half the remaining vote out is in Louisville. Don't see how he can make enough in the rest of the state to offset that.

as long as 22% of Jefferson County is out, you can expect to add about 4-7k votes to Clinton's margins.
