He puts little thought into it and just expects it to works out. He actually suggested that a coalition including Saudi Arabian and Iranian troops, side by side, should be brought together to fight Isis. Hell, we might as well prepare for the Iran-Saudi Arabia war now because one incident of "friendly" fire will send both countries into a meltdown.
