According to his Wikipedia page, he's won eleven overseas head-of-state elections and 17 US Senate elections.

Unfortunately, what he CAN'T win is a US presidential election.

The problem is that other politicians will think twice before hiring him. They see a definite pattern: Costly losing campaigns that enrich Devine, but go nowhere.

And I don't blame him. He suckered a lot of college kids out of their lunch money. And guess who has probably footed the bill for the "revolutionaries"? It's their parents and grandparents who support Hillary. You can't kick 'em to the curb, and you can't let 'em go hungry, so we have in essence, subsidized the revolution.

* is a great name for a Mormon porno actor.

* is secretly hiding his REAL birth certificate, which would expose his given name as Shat DeLoin.

* will hang your idealistic fervor for "the revolution" on his trophy wall right next to John Kerry and President Gore.

BOOM!

(In this country anyway)

The Clintons and Obama have wisely avoided hiring him.

Just like Bob Shrum: a professional election loser.
