No-one was named, much less insulted or maligned. Even the author of the referenced Huffpo article wasn't named. How much more FUBAR does the damned jury system have to get before Skinner and Co. make a move?

11. There should be an appeals process.

I've noticed a lot of very innocuous posts being reported. I try to be as fair as possible, my instinct is not to hide, although I've probably hidden about two or three. There should be some sort of sanction for maliciously reporting threads, and if someone feels their thread has been unfairly hidden there should be some form of redress.

And, at the other extreme, some posters should be expelled after only one post gets hidden if it's extremely offensive.

Never been on a forced time-out before either, but have had 2 "tagged for review" breaks in 60 days.
