The UAW’s directors went through the process of surveying and listening to members for input into the campaign season. “We are a family of over 1 million active and retiree members with strong opinions. Now, we have to choose between two very good UAW friends and move forward as a united membership,” said Williams.

15. It is mostly the young and males. But they are a vocal minority imo.

One group that was not polled were the retirees except for our Chapter. It went overwhelmingly for Hillary. So if retirees were included then likely majority.

My late father was a proud UAW member who worked at the in South Gate California @ the GM plant from the late 1950's until a few years before the plant closed in 1980, and I still have the badge and pens he wore for almost 30 years. I have SO many fond memories as a young girl going to union meetings with my late Father. Anyway, I'm so happy Hillary secured their endorsement for POTUS.
