Related: About this forumfree publicity for Bernie thru Feingold
The week before the Wisconsin primary there was a democratic dinner in Madison. Both Hill and Bernie were asked to put in a good word for Russ Feingold who is running to regain his senate seat in Wisconsin. Bernie did not say anything about Feingold, while Hill gave him a recommendation. Feingold is getting some publicity for what he did in the Congo, and look now, it looks like Bernie has said he is going to do some fund raising. His timing seems to be right on to catch some free press.

(5,737 posts)Maybe Bernie, and his followers, do not know that to get anything changing that it will take a Democrat majority in at least the Senate. Oh, and those fundraisers Bernie like to make fun of, have been partially funding Russ's campaign via the DNC.

Top that off with some of my sarcastic smarty pants posts and it's an easy
mistake to make. I just can't help myself sometimes.
It's all good.
