Hillary Clinton
Related: About this forumVery pleased to announce that my wife has switched from Sanders to the Hill.
In more than 30 years of a wonderful marriage to a fine, loving woman, I can't recall that we ever disagreed on an election until now.
She "liked" Bernie Sanders, and as time went on, beginning with some respect for his intentions if not his capabilities, I never felt Sanders showed enough competence to be nominated for the Presidency.
Mostly my wife despises Trump, as does any decent human being as far as I'm concerned.
Sanders Trump promoting "debate" - it was going to be nothing more than a group Hillary bash - has made my wife recognize what a pernicious and probably senile fool Sanders is.
In the New Jersey Primary, we've just added another vote for the Hill.
Happy Memorial Day Weekend.

On the other hand, I saw a funny internet link somewhere that lead to a web page where someone of my generation asked if Bernie Sanders reminds one of that stoner roomate you had in college, who never went to class, claimed he knew everything, and somehow managed nonetheless to graduate.
He must be high.

As Nate Silver has said:
The System Isnt Rigged Against Sanders
Clintons winning because more Democrats want her to be the nominee.

It isn't a surprise that many in the Sanders' camp have been pushing to have non-Democrats vote in the Democratic primary

(90,793 posts)He's registered Green, so he can't vote for BS in California anyway, but decided to not re-register and just leave it blank on his ballot because he's quite disappointed in Sanders.
Our son, however, finds Bernie "inspirational" and carpooled out to Santa Barbara City College to hear him. He's 38, so knows his own mind. I believe he's also registered Green -- but that's his business if he didn't re-register.

(33,544 posts)...I'm working on it, and am optimistic that I'll get that other vote for Hill by June 7. He's certainly expressing disillusionment and is certain, even if other Sandinistas don't get it, that the real enemy is Trump, a racist incompetent freak.

(28,290 posts)saw the light - when he bashed PP as establishment. Sane followers peel off daily, only anarchists, hooligans remain. I visually followed this same process with the OWS movement. I was visiting the place weekly to find it looking weirder and emptier every time.
