Newsweek explains very well why the email scandal still isn't a scandal

From Newsweek:

THE SCANDAL OVER CLINTON’S EMAILS STILL ISN’T A SCANDAL

I really don’t want to write this column. I know that just from reading the headline, a large number of people will immediately start wailing that I’m a Hillary Clinton partisan, and they won’t bother to read even this first paragraph. I also know that plenty of journalists paralyzed by groupthink will attack what I have to say.

that make or break elections. There is 10-12% middle that are pretty reasonable with their expectations and actually will do some research.

Between trump's mouth and egomania and effective democratic framing of him and the election, we have a great chance to see a democratic landslide and retaking of congress. We do have some big issue....if GOP convention turns into riots in the streets of cleveland, that will be blamed on democrats. If the democratic convention turns into riots in the streets of Philly, that will be blamed on democrats.....if both conventions get riotous inside the convention....good chance that plays out out ok....its politics.

But outside the convention, the mess will be blamed on democrats...and I expect a lot of outside agitators will be in play to stir it up....both from the teaparty side and the extreme leftist/anarchist side

Since it implies that the only way that he can 'win' the nomination is for Hillary to get indicted or for something bad to happen to her. In other words, Sanders would then win by default, not by his own merits.
