Chris Hayes. In that, the "excitement" is manufactured by the MEDIA. And that her message is boring to THEM, which in turn influences people who watch.

I'm tired of hearing that our 3 million votes don't count as much because we don't throw shitfits everywhere we go. I guess you have to be obnoxiously loud and angry to have your message heard, according to the media. Our narrative isn't nearly as exciting as saying "BURN EVERYTHING DOWN."
