When Hillary Defeats Trump In A Landslide

the media narrative will become, "she was a weak candidate against a weaker candidate, so she doesn't have a mandate for her policy initiatives."

It won't matter if she carries 50 states 60-40, they will create a narrative that trashes her.

1. I think a landslide is very possible, but

if the Republicans continue to control the House and/or Senate, the Republicans will treat her and her proposals exactly as they treated Obama and his proposals. It's a terrible problem for our country. That's why I think that it's so important that the Democratic Party come together this year.

2. The truth is, that the media does not determine mandates

mandates are determined by the congress and the Senate and what positions they take as a result of elections. The Reaganomics era is over, the puke party is in a mess. There is an excellent opportunity here for a strong President. Have to wait and see how it plays out.

3. Reagan's policies would have never gone thru had Tip O'Neill

not decided that the will of the electorate meant that Reagan needed to be given a chance.

Today's Rs won't work with any D. As long as they get re-elected, they will obstruct. It was just easier for them with Obama because it allowed their inner racist to come out.

Once Hillary is elected, they will act the same way towards her as they have toward Obama. I wouldn't be surprised if they spend 4-8 years blocking any nomination she makes to the SCOTUS.

if they did not give him a chance, there were a lot of people disillusioned with liberal policies, congress saw it. The pukes have had safer seats to defend their nuttery from.

5. Especially after Reagan was shot and survived. The nation considered him a sort of hero at the time

If I remember right O'Neil caved into Reagan's plans shortly after Hinckley tried to assassinate him.
