As soon as Skinner logged on he got tombstoned.

Hard to overstate just how over the top and demented it was--it had everything from Jeremiah Wright to Rezko to Larry Sinclair.

But that was back when threads got deleted instead of hidden, so it only lives on as recounted by others.

Is it going to be a pool? I have a couple of names I'd like to purchase ... though, if the names were to be auctioned off to the highest bidder, I doubt I could afford to purchase them.

Hey ... That would be a great ... a huge ... fund-raiser (proceeds to be distributed ... well ... said were distributed/will be distributed when the reporters start asking around).

became "dearly departed" it inspired me to "gold star" status out of respect and appreciation.

I anticipate June to be another round of respect and appreciation!

But a lot of people were not so nice in 2008. It's better to let sleeping dogs lie and not post something that is likely to open old wounds and possibly divide IMHO.

But why single out someone who was supposed to be a Hillary supporter back then to represent the worst of 2008 as compared to 2016 if I am reading this right?

It's my opinion that as this place is divided enough around here between the Clinton and Sanders supporters of 2016 without dragging in ugly history from 2008 into the mix.

But what the hey.....y'all knock yourselves out and do what you want. I gave my opinion fwiw. I'll back out now.

I just see it getting other names from 2008 dragged into it and ultimately dividing rather than uniting.

But, I see Boo's point.. I don't think it's productive to bring up the division from 2008.. when anyone does I just pass it on.. that was then this is now.. we have an amazing chance to elect Hillary Clinton now, with President Obama wholeheartedly on board like so many of his supporters in 2008.

Really unique time in history.. as was 2008.
