Hillary Clinton
Related: About this forumI don't know whoTF Douglas E. Schoen is
but yesterday he had an op-ed in the WSJ where he speculated that Clinton may not be the nominee, adding:
There are increasing rumblings within the party about how a new candidate could emerge at the convention. John Kerry, the 2004 nominee, is one possibility. But the most likely scenario is that Vice President Joe Bidenwho has said that he regrets every day his decision not to runenters the race.
Mr. Biden would be cast as the white knight rescuing the party, and the nation, from a possible Trump presidency. To win over Sanders supporters, he would likely choose as his running mate someone like Sen. Elizabeth Warren who is respected by the partys left wing.

I think that if Hillary, with the most delegates and votes is not the nominee, we will see a return of the 1968 convention riots (there may still be with the Sanderistas agitators) and, like 1968, many will stay home and Trump will win.

(15,445 posts)He looks like your typical RW toady--literally, he looks like a flabby, white-skinned frog.
He's a paid shill for the Fox anti-information machine--enough said.

(521 posts)That's all you really need to know about him. Take what he says with a grain of salt. It reads like fanfic, where Trump comes out on top.

(10,014 posts)Douglas Schoen is a conservative American political analyst, pollster, author, and commentator. He is a political analyst for Fox News and a columnist for Newsmax. He partnered with political strategist Mark Penn and Michael Berland in the firm of Penn, Schoen & Berland. He believes that lower taxes would be a successful Democratic strategy, opposed President Barack Obama's Affordable Care Act, warned the Democratic Party to reject the Occupy Wall Street protest, and recommended that President Obama not run for reelection in 2012
Another scummy guy, like Dick Morris and Mark Penn, that Bill Clinton used in his campaign for president. He was a big booster of the anti-Obama PUMAs in 2008. Fortunately, he was ignored by the vast majority of Hillary supporters who voted for Obama.

If the nomination was snatched from Hillary while she has such a commanding lead, there would truly be a revolution.

(135,425 posts)garbage he's put out. He's a Fox News consultant (co-hosts a show) who makes his money off of doom and gloom scenarios.
His glass is ALWAYS half empty, and the water in it is carried for wingnut interests, even as he tries to affect a "Democratic" demeanor.
