A reminder of the Statement Of Purpose of The Hillary Clinton Room
This is a safe haven designed for Hillary Clinton supporters only. Criticism of Hillary or of her policies are not permitted in this room. If you wish to criticize her there are plenty of posts in GD that you can do this in.
The Statement Of Purpose of this room set forth by the hosts are clear. http://www.democraticunderground.com/1107672
If you post criticism of her you will be blocked from this room and you will not get a warning.
The hosts of this room do not like blocking but we dislike disruption even more. We have to think of the posters who use this room to discuss Hillary's accomplishments and spare them of any disruption.
If you get blocked or have been it is not personal but the Statement Of Purpose is clear. There is no reason why we in this room need to be disrupted. We may be a small traffic room but we are still a good thriving room nonetheless.
And please do not post in this thread to complain about our Statement Of Purpose.
Thank you,
Justin

(242 posts)If I say - "well, she voted for X" and she in fact, did would that fall under a "criticism"?
Anyone who supports Hillary should have to defend her positions (all positions, good and bad), not "Oh, she's just great... she can do NO WRONG!"

(242 posts)If I say "she voted for X" would that be a criticism?
Or does it depend only upon what X is?

(55,981 posts)discussing a specific politician w/o the concern of having people disagree with you. I will do my best to stay clear of that group. I would like to point out that when purely adulation OP's spill out of the safe havens into GD, they usually receive push back. That some times upset some, but if you don't like the push back, stay in the safe haven. Not saying posters can't or shouldn't post those "I love _______" OP's in GD, just saying if you do, don't be shocked if you get push back.

With the likelihood that she is running I think those who will be on streets/canvassers/callers need this 'work space' for activism. And for those of us uncommitted - I'm quite thankful for the no b.s. zone where I can just get 'the facts maam' on HRC and her candidacy.
So thank you - I support you guys - and well done group hosts.
