I studied, lived, and worked in DC for a while when I was young. I loved the city then and I still do. DC is still within reach for us, and I feel my soul being lifted up every time we visit.

Bernie resided in DC for so many years, and he still does not understand what the people there are like and what they care about. Apparently, he never bothered to get to know them; and it shows.

I guess mingling with real people in DC was just not his thing. He preferred the abstractions of ideology and words. I kind of feel sorry for him. DC is going to send him a message tonight about Obama and Clinton. Bernie should have withdrawn before yet another humbling defeat.

Well, at least he won't be able to say the DC primary was rigged. Or will he? I hope he sees the light when he talks to Hillary. I know she will be gracious and accommodating.

She's working for the DCC and a big Hillary supporter. Even the students in D.C. are savvy enough to realize that Bernie's promises are bunk and that Hillary is the next president of the United States.

firsthand how he has gone to back for federal employees. Many of us are also people of color and have seen firsthand how this president has been treated. And most of us have worked our asses off only to be told by the Republicans in Congress that we are lazy, no good, overpaid and unworthy---you know, all the racist code words that they love to use as proxies. We'd work our asses off, sometimes working 10 to 12 hours a day putting together the administrative budget, for instance, only for the Rethugs to run to the Corporate Media, lying about Obama not giving them a budget. This has happened every single year since Obama has been in office--not to mention the sequestration and government shutdown.

With 8 percent reporting, Hillary Clinton is only winning by 57 points. As we all know, if Hillary doesn't win by at least 65 points that means Bernie is the stronger candidate and all the superdelegates will flock to him.
