I'm baaaaaaack....
I have been sitting out a long "account review" after two hides on the same thread that I thought... oh well,..... I'd better not get into to that.
I've been lurking in background because I wanted to especially observe how the board transitioned to general election mode. It appears to be a much more civil place now, but I've noted that not all of the snarkiness is gone yet.
Since I couldn't post for a period of 25 days, I spent some of that time copying and pasting relevant portions of posts made made during the final days of the primary period by people who weren't happy with the results, quotes which indicated their state of mind relative to the general election. Their moods spanned the entire range from those who were already beginning to support Hillary all the way to those who stated flatly that they would never vote for her and would either vote third party or write in their candidates name. It will be interesting to see if these people continue to post, and if they do, will they ultimately get around to supporting the Democratic nominee. It will be a good insight into human nature.
