Report Bill Clinton wants Tim Kaine to be VP

I know this all but confirms he is going to be picked but interesting developments today should be interesting if Bill is involved.
I wonder is Hillary going to defy him and pick someone. Personally fine with Tim Kaine. I think he is a pretty good democrat and solid progressive.

1. "defy," it's interesting how the sexism creeps in, even if not intended.

I assume Hillary will be making up her own mind.

3. Hillary will make her own best choice.

While I personally hope that it won't be ANY sitting Dem Senator (which is my principal objection to Elizabeth Warren, who would be MY first choice otherwise as a prep for running for President herself in the future; I have the same principal objection to Kaine, but he is WAY down on my own preferred list) or Dem Governor because we need them all where they are, I have full confidence in Hillary.

Until Hillary announces the name herself, I will continue to believe (and hope) that NONE of those whose names have been consistently mentioned in the M$M will be her choice.

Unfortunately, he doesn't seem to have made the short list.
