"Clinton World"

When Andrea, Rachel, Twetty, Mike, Joe, pretty much everyone on MSNBC, writers from the NY Times and Washington Post use the expression "Clinton World" what do you hear?

It is clearly not used as a compliment but I have no idea what they think they are telling us non-Villagers.

That chair was the Obama of his imagination. And so Clinton World is the imaginary culture that the media imagines for the Clintons. They picture it as some kind of caricature not inhabited by real people. Here's an example, in that world the Clintons don't have friends just because they like them and they never do anything just for the hell of it. The people in that world are exactly like the people they write about. But they aren't real. No need to try to understand it. In fact, it's probably better if you don't.

It's another way to say "The Clinton Machine" but even more so because they believe that everyone in the Clinton's lives are part of it. I suppose in "Media Land", Hillary's granddaughter is the newest inhabitant of "Planet Hillary".
