(40,416 posts)One thing we can be sure of. Mother Nature cooperated. And when Punksatawny Phil came out of his burrow this morning he stated that we will have many more weeks of political discussions. Which is a good thing as long as they are respectful.
I cheer Bernie, Hillary, and Martin supporters who abide by respectful discussion and disagreements.
Who won in Iowa?
We all win.
My best to you all.

(103,806 posts)but those pictures sure look familiar, just like it was here two and three days ago. I'm glad our primaries are in June, I think, but we have vote by mail too.
Good thing the storm waited so a lot of voters could get to their caucuses, it's more balanced and acceptable that way.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
