Iowa and now MN an WI nearly shut down with blizzards, snow.

I have to wonder how the Ia caucus would have turned out if it were today. Even as the snow dies down--tonight the backend of the snowstorm kayla is expected--wind and drifting.
anyway. It has been snowing where I am last 2 hours. snow shovel ready

Travel Not Advised for all of NW IA.

Sustained visibility well below 1/4 mile with whiteouts common.

Blizzard conditions near Spencer, IA already. This is what's lifting north into Minnesota. #IAwx #MNwx

One thing we can be sure of. Mother Nature cooperated. And when Punksatawny Phil came out of his burrow this morning he stated that we will have many more weeks of political discussions. Which is a good thing as long as they are respectful.

I cheer Bernie, Hillary, and Martin supporters who abide by respectful discussion and disagreements.

Who won in Iowa?

We all win.

My best to you all.

It was unseasonably warm and the blizzard missed by a day.

Mom and Dad would have made the kids stay home!

We have got to address global warming!

but those pictures sure look familiar, just like it was here two and three days ago. I'm glad our primaries are in June, I think, but we have vote by mail too.

Good thing the storm waited so a lot of voters could get to their caucuses, it's more balanced and acceptable that way.
