Hillary Clinton
Related: About this forumMarch is going to be amazing for Hillary...
and brutal for Sanders supporters. It will get very, very ugly around here. I know it is already nasty - you can't go to GD-P without seeing right wing smears of Clinton. Be ready for an onslaught of nastiness.
Hillary will not win NH but will come closer than we think. Then, NV....she wins. Then, SC...she wins
Then, super tuesday...she kills it.
Shall we taunt? Shall we take the high road?
I am still contemplating.....

(10,844 posts)You haven't been around long then. You should go see the Sanders group. Woowee!
But, I'm talking about good nature ribbing in GD-P. It'll be fun.

(14,449 posts)She has been vetted for 25 years. Everything is known and although it is baggage, it's very well known baggage. Bernie has not been vetted and he will be. Best of luck to both.

(10,844 posts)Last night she had this look of peace. She knows. We all know.
Our boat is in the harbor while the Sanders skiff is still in the slip.
Wind in her hair and a look of peace. I love it!

It's what I loved about - then - Senator Obama and what I miss in Sanders. Senator Obama asked of us to be respectful in our interactions with supporters of other candidates. He believes in the 'honey and vinegar' strategy.
Sanders had made an attempt but not with heart, resulting in the outrageous behavior by his supporters which makes it easy for GOP operatives to hide their minions among the crowd and attack Hillary Clinton - and getting away with it.
President Obama, in his wisdom, foresaw this and ensured that no GOP shills could hide behind support for him to lash out at the other Democratic candidates - specifically the GOP's No. 1 enemy: Clinton.

Angry won't win the day. Graciousness and a calm demeanor, will.

(198 posts)So she can finally start to put him away. He's done once he can't concentrate all on one state, and states that he should easily handle. Less than a month away before she really starts to put an end to this nonsense!

(198 posts)But the fact that all the Bernie supporters think he has a chance is.. Congrats on doing well in Iowa and NH, the two least representative states in the nation.

There's no need to taunt them. You get dinner. They don't. That's more than good enough.
