David Brock started out life as a liberal. After being exposed to people at Berkeley who'd make Bernie Sanders look like Barry Goldwater, he moved to the right - the extremely hard right. He's the guy who started Troopergate, was the driver behind the attacks on Anita Hill, and sprung Paula Jones on the American people. After he figured out he was being used, he swung about as far to the left as he had been to the right. He runs Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington and founded Media Matters for America.

Anyone who'd reply "David Brock Warning" also screams about Hillary having been a Goldwater Girl.

2. Brock was once as smarmy as they come. He was part of a young group in DC

who were working hard to discredit Dems. He slimed Anita Hill, went hard after Bill Clinton, and had a change of heart in the mid 90's. He pretty much outted himself publicly as a Republican propaganda hitman, apologized, and told the Dems exactly what he'd been up to.

In the early 2000's he founded Media Matters which is a progressive media watchdog group. He's formed PACs to help get Dems elected, and worked on a variety of things.
