Hillary Clinton

Promoting the Democratic Party with whatever candidate emerges, and I'm just shot down with negative responses. What a sour group of people. As far as his support base is goes, they're democratic supporters version of Trump supporters.

(31,170 posts)some of the new posters are Indys going Dem just for Bernie, and the process has them freaked out, so they see monsters in the simplest of posts. I felt really bad for the one poster who was uber outraged about the superdelegate process, who thought we weren't aware of it, and had really worked him/her self up about it. I think most of us would prefer to see a saner system, but I support the "state party chooses how they assign their delegates" line of thinking. some states just dont want, or can't really afford, to pay for primaries.
More and more articles indicating that Bernie hasn't been able to pull together the numbers and coalition he needed to give it a shot are coming out now, and I think some may be coming to terms with the possibility that this may be over pretty soon. It's certainly NOT over yet, and Bernie could rally, but he will take a big hit in South Carolina and Super Tuesday, and they know that it can be hard to come back from. For myself, I felt a big shift in the force after Nevada.
Sorry you got smacked.

(198 posts)And my support of her and my picture had nothing to do with the point of my picture. I was stating that if Bernie won, I would support him too, because he's far better than any Republican.

(15,951 posts)is that Hillary supporters will support the Democratic nominee no matter who it is because we can see there really is a difference between having a Democratic president and a Republican president. Too many Sanders supporters (right now) are too blinded by the campaign and won't support Hillary. I'm sure some of this will change down the road once she is the nominee, but it is disheartening right now.
