Hillary Clinton

That is not just a win. It is a blowout! Never mind the demographics. She won 3 to 1! That sort of ratio is likely to be repeated in at least three more states on Tuesday.
It's not just momentum. It's a candidate clearly leading the pack. We should all be cheering loudly, I believe.

(151,269 posts)Again, a 3 to 1 ratio. That ratio will improve dramatically following Super Tuesday.
All other arguments fade when you look at the actual numbers, even so far. On Wednesday of next week, the path to Hillary's nomination is going to be crystal clear, even if Sanders sticks around for a while longer.
Sanders will withdraw from the race by April 1, I'm pretty sure. There's work for him to do in the Senate. Why would he fight a battle he is certain to lose?

The Big Mo just went to Hillary, and it is only going to get better!

Many thanks!

So do we keep celebrating until, and then through, Super Tuesday, or do we pace ourselves? It looks like it's going to be a mighty fine week.

(151,269 posts)Minnesota. We will probably start getting totals from precincts about 8 PM or so, but won't have the complete count until quite a bit later. Caucus voting starts at 7 PM and may be slowed down if there is huge turnout.
By Wednesday morning, though, we'll know a rough delegate count for the national convention.
I'm looking forward to Wednesday morning. Yes, I am.

I hope you'll let us know how your caucus goes. The process is fascinating.

(151,269 posts)I turn in early, so I won't be posting right after the caucus. By morning, I'll have statewide results, so I'll be able to relate them to the vote in my precinct.

(151,269 posts)He is just a hollow shell of a candidate, though, so there's not much nourishment there.
I'm still not convinced that he'll end up as the candidate, though. He's just one horrible scandal from disappearing from the race.
