A political commentary isn't attacking a veteran.

An attack would be closer to what Sanders supporters did to Civil Rights hero John Lewis after he endorsed Clinton. THAT was disgraceful.

"But the case of Tulsi Gabbard becomes less curious and more expected once you look at her links to a different set of ethnic and religious hardliners: the Hindu nationalist Indian Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Since her election to Congress, Gabbard has tied herself closely to this party, which has a history of condoning hatred and violence against India's Muslim minority. Many of her stateside donors and supporters are also big supporters of this movement, which disdains secularism and promotes religious sectarianism."

OR...it could all just be a collective hatred against a TRUE-BLUE Democrat, Hillary Clinton. Strange that President Obama doesn't share in their strong dislike for Hillary Clinton - and he knows her best.

I'll trust President Obama's judgment of Hillary Clinton's character than some tiny U.S. Rep who ran as a Democrat but who votes and supports policies like a Republican.

But, of course, he's happy with her endorsement. After all, isn't it his goal to destroy the Democratic Party from the inside out?

I hope that when Hillary sends his behind back to the Senate, he loses all support from Dems and all his posh chair positions as well. He wants to be independent? Let him be the island he believes himself to be.
