First of all, Romney received wealth through his father, the Clintons did not.
Romney did a lot of business deals through take overs, take the money out of the company and then declare bankruptcy.
The Clintons wrote books and made speeches. The Clintons worked hard and played by a different set of rules, Romney took over companies and then move them to other countries. Romney shielded his money off shore and only pays 12-15% in taxes.
