Hillary Clinton
Related: About this forumJust got back from canvassing in Sunset Park Brooklyn for Hillary. HRC ROOM
The reception I got was very good! The neighborhood is largely Hispanic and Hillary is definitely liked in the neighborhood. Not many political signs at all but most of the people I encountered were for Hillary. Most in the neighborhood are registered Democrats so they can vote.
Will be back out tomorrow but not sure where. Tonight our group got 15 blocks in 8 hours done so that was fun.
I normally do an hour or 2 but today i started early and finished late. I am tired but i feel good about Sunset Park going for Hillary.
Phone banking is fun but getting out is more important.

(29,685 posts)I'd love to win Wisconsin, but the demographics and the open primary format don't favor HRC.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
