Yep.
Not 147 as reported by the WP. Not the "under 50" estimated in the WP's correction to their bogus 147 number.
Twelve. A dozen.
That's the number being reported by Ari Melber and Chris Hayes based on an inside source.
Next up on Hayes: how do these constant lies about Hillary get started?

I don't think too many anti-Hillary people have bothered to read her position papers & policies.

(2,577 posts)Great sources. They actually do things like "fact check." It's a concept--it would awesome if it caught on.
I follow Eric Boehlert on Twitter. He is always an excellent resource for information. Glad to hear he was on Chris Hayes' show.

(11,014 posts)He broke the promise of not going negative when he started losing.
He should have manned-up and taken the losses on his chest rather than going full negative with berniebros.
And ... they call him honest and trustworthy
His campaign team is even sleazier -- especially Jeff Weaver who looks more like a seedy stripper-joint bouncer.
Then Mrs. Sanders referred to Secretary Clinton as "that woman" on MSNBC. No respect or class whatsoever.

(4,507 posts)where's the accountability?
The point was great that this number would have been more agents than they had on the Oklahoma City bombing. Maybe the absurd number should have set off the sensors of such a veteran reporter???
Frankly, when I read the initial WaPo piece, both my legal and journalistic training immediately honed in on the line they featured on MSNBC tonight: "according to a lawmaker."
That's really shoddy reporting - when you miss by that much - not good.

(36,649 posts)1) Plant a false story anonymously with a friendly member of the Fourth Estate, who publishes it.
2) Wait for the story to be picked up & repeated by the rest of the media.
3) Comment on the "issues" raised by the manufactured "controversy", and use it to attack your opponent.
The only difference is that the Sanders camp has learned enough from the disaster of the Bush Regime to not have their primary out there commenting on the false story. They've only allowed their surrogates to deal with it.

2. Wait for NYT to publish her article based on the false info
3. Go on MTP and announce "the NYT is reporting..." the false info you planted.
