Results of the currency auction

So Venezuela published the results of the first currency auction:

Except, of course, they didn't bother to mention the exchanged rate that results from the auction. So now there is a SECRET exchange rate.

Average exchange rate offered by bidders was among the most expected data, but the Ministry of Planning and Finance would not reveal the quoting.

Nevertheless, based on unofficial information from the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV), the cutoff exchange rate was VEB 10.5 per US dollar, whereas the average bidding stood at VEB 12.5 per US dollar.
