Why on earth have they consistantly referred to these cases as scandals?

Do you even dream they would consider this one of the biggest outrages in recent history if everything was acceptable about it?

Give them credit for even the slightest intelligence. OF COURSE the wiretapping is illegal. That's exactly WHY they've been putting people on trial for this since the first breaking news of Uribe's D.A.S.'s spying on his political enemies scandal was made public several years ago.

Please involve yourself in doing your homework on this subject, like D.U. Democrats do if they hope to know anything.
