Argentina identifies Dirty War victim from 1976

Argentine forensic experts have identified the remains of a body that washed ashore in Uruguay in 1976.

DNA tests showed that the remains were of Roque Orlando Montenegro, who disappeared a month before the Argentine military took power.

Evidence suggests he was on a death flight, in which political opponents were thrown alive into the sea.

Mr Montenegro's daughter, Victoria, was brought up by an army couple and only discovered her own identity in 2000.

Of course we are all used to horrific crimes around the world. What still perplexes me is the whole "adopting the kids of those your murdered or imprisoned thing" that seems to be unique to A. Right wing, B. Catholic, and C. Spanish speaking cultures.

I can't think of any other instances outside of that.

For example, the nazis didnt want to adopt jewish kids. The communists never seem to have done that.. in fact, they tended to punish the children for the crimes of the parents.

Is it

A. A unique evil?

Or

B. Actually in a twisted way some sense or morality i.e. we had to kill the parents, the least we can do it take care of the children?

It lived on as a secret within the U.S. that Henry Kissinger had been coaching them, encouraging them throughout, and that Argentina's mutants were involved with the U.S.-supported mass murdering, torturing Pinochet after they arranged the bloody coup to destroy the elected, beloved President Allende even before he was elected.

They supported the right-wing military seige of Brazil, as well, and the racist monsters who controlled Paraguay and Uruguay, one of them, Alfredo Stroessner for over 30 years, a man who slaughtered native people within his country, gave shelter to the hideous monster Nazi Josef Mengele, and retained US support THROUGHOUT.

Seeing Argentina overturn the amnesty arranged to protect its war criminals, men who tortured and murdered people who opposed their filthy world view, and start cleansing the wounds is a wonder which should also be a lesson to the greedy dolts and cowardly bullies who supported them, and their counterparts in our world now.

Victoria Montenegro has been wounded by her discovery, but there is absolutely no doubt she prefers to live with the truth in a country free of the perverted monsters who stole her parents' life, and handed her to military parents who supported their regime.

Anyone of character would rebuke the kind of people who kept their tortured pregnant mothers as prisoners, only until they could force delivery, or arrange it surgically before chaining them to other prisoners and throwing them into the ocean. Anyone who attempts to intellectualize that use of human energy, to whitewash it, deserves his/her own contempt.

Thank you, Eugene.
