Serra's bodyguards detained (murdered chavista deputy backed by various paramility groups)

There are also cameras around that residence but for some reason the government isn't releasing footage.
Probably safe to rule out Obama, Uribe, and the opposition since if they actually had some proof on them they would present it publicly.
