Illuminati? Saboteurs? Global warming? Lusty iguanas? More electricity woes in Venezuela

18 years of malfeasance. No maintenance. No upgrades. Their own employees have been sounding the alarm for YEARS. But the Chavists have 101 reasons why it isn't THEIR fault that these electrical substations blow up like clockwork.

FWIW, the governor (Omar Prieto, a PSUV lackey) claimed that the substation explosion was the work of anti-revolutionary saboteurs, and that the substation would be fixed within hours. Which is unusual, since the entire state of Zulia they can't find the trained employees or equipment to change the lightbulb in a street lamp, let alone repair an exploded sub-station. And that the saboteurs were working in broad daylight around the well guarded substation must mean that the conspiracy goes far deeper than anyone expected!

(ATTENTION! The Zuliano electrical system has been the victim of another terrorist attack, this time in the Centro de Cabimas substation, which affected several circuits leaving the central hull without electricity, including the Hospital. Corpoelec and Governance staff attending the situation)
