Evo Morales heads to Mexico after refueling stop
Asuncion, Nov. 12 (Prensa Latina) The Mexican Air Force plane in which former Bolivian President Evo Morales is traveling, made a refueling stop at Paraguay's Silvio Pettirossi International Airport, Luque, before heading at dawn to Mexico, official sources reported on Tuesday.
The Gulfstream G550 aircraft landed at the air terminal around 01:35 (local time) this morning to refuel.
Mexico offered Morales political asylum after the coup d'état perpetrated against his government.
Meanwhile, Paraguayan progressive forces continue to express their rejection of Morales's overthrow and their demonstrations of solidarity with the Andean plurinational nation, victim of a vile attack on its democratic institutions.
'The coercion of military forces against Evo Morales has clearly been part of an unacceptable coup d'état for our continent,' former Paraguayan president (2008-2012), senator and leader of the Guasu Front (FG), representing a coalition of leftist forces, Fernando Lugo, stated.

Evo Morales' plane was denied re-fueling in Peru, Chile, and Brazil before receiving clearance from Paraguay. That should seem political enough at this point, considering their presidents, unfortunately.
