State of Mexico: Mayor arrested charged with facilitating Familia Michoacan in the murder of prosecutor

The mayor of the Mexican municipality of Zacaualpan, Fidel
Figueroa, has been arrested for providing information to
drug traffickers to facilitate a murder of a regional prosecutor.
The attack against the Ixtapan de la Sal Regional Prosecutor, Mauricio Blancas Valerio, occurred on March 11, 2019.
In addition, one of the public official's escorts died in the attack. Then the Attorney General of the State of Mexico.
