Colombia's anti-corruption team bought COVID-19 gear at motorcycle repair shop?

Colombias prosecution and the Comptroller Generals Office bought $357,000 (COP1.3 billion) worth of face masks and other products at a shady company registered at the location of a motorcycle repair shop.
Bogotas Security Secretary also bought COVID-19 products from the company, but for a value of $4,534 (COP16.5 million).
The purchases at Bon Sante SAS are particularly embarrassing for Prosecutor General Francisco Barbosa and Comptroller General Carlos Felipe Cordoba who have been leading investigations into alleged corruption with COVID-19 emergency funds together with Inspector General Fernando Carrillo.
The dodgy contracts
Caracol Radio reported Friday that the Prosecutor Generals Office signed three contracts with the company to buy 290,000 masks and alcohol from the company.
The curious thing is that the first of the contracts was signed on March 17, the day President Ivan Duque declared a national emergency, by the comptroller generals wife and the prosecutions executive director, Marcela Yepes.
