The explosive activity of the volcano continues.

The volcano produces frequent moderate-to-strong eruptions at regular intervals of 10 to 14 per hour. Ash plumes reached 16,000 ft (4,900 m) altitude and dispersed about 15 km towards the W-SW.
Near-constant incandescence continues to be observed from the summit crater and caused glowing avalanches of material towards Seca, Ceniza, Taniluya, Trinidad, Las Lajas and Honda ravines.

Lahars (mud flows) could also occur if heavy rainfalls remobilise the fresh ash deposits.
