5. Thousands of the Occupiers are currently massed at a plaza at 55 Water Street

The cops had barricaded off most of the open spaces in Lower Manhattan, but they somehow found this open area with a Vietnam memorial. Tim Pool is still streaming from there: http://www.ustream.tv/timcast

The cops are massing across the street -- and they may try to demand the Occupiers disperse at 10 pm, which is the official closing time of the plaza. Some protesters are already leaving, but a lot are determined to stay, so things are being set up for some kind of major confrontation.
