Related: About this forumI am retiring as host of this group.
The real world has intruded to the point where I do not have a predictable schedule.
I have talked with Hugin, who will automatically become host, as he is in #2 spot.
The group may want to select a couple more people to ensure availability of a host
on what would appear to be the rare occasions when needed,
so I expect everyone will want to chat with Hughin about that.
My posting time will vary, but I will be a participant in this group when I can,
so this is not goodbye, just a change to accommodate our more intensive garden this season,
and to take care of our new flock of chickens!
Keep the porch light on......

(2,976 posts)Next thing you know, you 'ill be wanting goats. Maybe a few sheep. Goats too.
I suggest wellies and a garden hose near the porch.
I don't think that light on the porch ever goes off bty.

(2,605 posts)This place is an awesome resource for an economics dunce like me.
Enjoy your chickens... like little dinosaurs running around. Araucanas are my favorite, green and blue eggs and scrappy enough to evade the hawk.
cheers,
Agony
