in the sense that US stance has mellowed on trade war. Which is why market was gaining nicely at first.
Then market dropped precipitously AFTER the FBI raid on Cohen's office news hit the wires.

during which S&P 500 index dropped more than any other hour in 6.5 years. So during the day, it lost 90% of it's gain before the final hour. Tomorrow should be very interesting!
