Fedex is usually a good barometer of economic conditions

New York (CNN Business) FedEx expects global trade disputes and an economic slowdown could severely hurt its business next year.

The company dramatically cut its profit outlook for the full fiscal year, which ends May 30, lowering it by 7% to 10%. It had just raised that forecast three months ago.

Although FedEx's US business remains strong, it says its international business, especially in Europe, weakened significantly over the last three months. ......(more)

too of economic activity during weather upheavals or something similar, traffic inside a waffle house or the like ... unfortunately I can't remember but when I saw this FedEx being a barometer of economic conditions, I recalled this other piece of news...

A retired Realtor friend of mine said not if I wanted my investment value out of it. He said to wait 2 years, unless I knew some Russians......that sucks.
