British Airways is retiring its entire fleet of 747s amid slump in air travel

The carrier is retiring the iconic jumbo jet four years ahead of schedule, a reflection that the aviation industry won’t rebound anytime soon.

My nicest flight to Europe was British Airways. My entire family got bumped up to First Class for the trip over (economy coming back). My wife and 3 kids reveled in the luxury.
