This Gilded Age is going to supply future researchers with and endless supply of PhD topics in various areas as they try to track the shell corporations, payoffs, kickbacks, dummy assets, hidden losses, and all the other manipulation that went into creating this buffoon as a savvy businessman.

People might forgive him by ignoring hundreds of thousands of us to death. They won't forgive him for being a PHONY who has less than they do.
