I think people are going to be cautious until the final tally is known, which won't be for a couple of weeks, at least. Dumdum's lawsuits will be tossed, but they will likely delay that even more.
Tje question is what institutional investors will do. Individual soreheads will take all their marbles and stomp home, but that will be a blip. If Dumdum gets back in (horrors!) they will be counting the Social Security money they aint got yet and sending the market sharply higher. If Biden is elected, they'll be counting more bailout money they aint got yet and the market might go a little higher.
The long term forecast for either of them isn't great. There are just too many debt bubbles that are ready to pop.
