Judge orders Omaha to pay firefighters union $16K, calling LeClair appeal 'frivolous'
The City of Omaha must pay the firefighters union more than $16,000 in legal fees.
On Tuesday, Judge Leigh Ann Retelsdorf called the city's appeal to stop Fire Union President Steve LeClair from getting his job back "frivolous."
LeClair was fired after an internal investigation into a 2018 incident at an Omaha bar.
A woman claimed he ran into her and whispered, 'White power' after she refused his advances.
