Fresh off the largest-ever strike in Starbucks history, me and my fellow union baristas are united. Were calling Starbucks out for failing to support the baristas who are central to the companys turnaround. Starbucks backtracked on our path forward.
Consumers and other allies need to show the company that not bargaining higher wages and better benefits for union baristas is bad for business so were asking all of our supporters to sign our No Contract, No Coffee pledge and ask 5 friends or family to sign:

While Starbucks gave the CEO over $100 million and a private jet, Starbucks offered no raises or benefits increases specifically for union baristas in the first year of our contracts. They knew that an offer that low wouldnt lead to ratified contracts. Yet, they failed to meet their own deadline for a foundational framework by the end of 2024. Were ready to negotiate, but we cant negotiate over nothing.
Most of you have already signed. But if you havent already, can you sign this pledge to be in solidarity with me and the thousands of union Starbucks baristas fighting for a fair contract, and then ask 5 friends and family to do the same?
Starbucks history of fighting with ustheir own baristasis bad for business. The only way for Starbucks to turn this business around is by listening to baristas and the consumers that support them.
Help us win this fight and sign the No Contract, No Coffee pledge now - and forward this email to 5 friends or family.
Solidarity forever,
Michelle Eisen
