This is great news. It doesn't look like the best imaginable settlement for ILWU, but ...

the Occupy movements on West Coast were getting drawn (and rightfully so) into this ugly and bitter dispute,
and have been poised to respond en mass if shit hit fan in Longview ... i.e. if EGT tried to bring a bunch of
non-ILWU workers online at their big new fancy terminal in Longview. Glad this bitter chapter is over, at
least for awhile.
